Cheese

As I'm sure you'll remember, a few posts ago I told you about CheddarVision, where you can watch a cheddar cheese mature (I know, I know, exciting stuff). Well, since then it's got a lot mouldier, been sent postcards and has even been invited to a wedding (of course). Now you can watch its first three months of life in a time lapse video on YouTube.

For those of you who still can't get enough cheese and have 5 minutes to spare, you can also check out Monty Python's Cheese Sketch. And if anyone has some serious procrastinating to do, why not spend 7 minutes watching Pat make goat cheese (seriously, who knew goats' udders were that big...)

Not a lot a person can say about a cheese really!

Yeah, it kinda stinks, really. Ha ha ha.

Think Coronet's "cheesy" sense of humour is rubbing off on you!

OK here's a quiz for you. Who said "Ooh, I do like a nice piece of Gorgonzola" ? Clue = not a Coro person.

Mae West? George dubbya? (no on second thoughts). Paris Hilton?

Clue: more recent than Mae West; also not an American citizen.

Another clue??

John Cheese - I mean John Cleese?

Wrong! Think animation ....

Wallace?

Have just spoken to Dierdre - Ruth is correct!! It was Wallace from Wallace & Grommit. Ruth, Dierdre says she will bring you in a piece of gorgonzola!

Well done Ruth - your cheesy prize will be with you soon. For a bonus prize of crackers, which movie was it?

Curse of the Were-Rabbit???

"A Grand Day Out" I think.

Well, true to her word, Dierdre has presented Ruth with a cheese, albeit it a camembert, not a gorgonzola!

Thanks for the cheese, Dierdre. For those of you who work here, it's the yummy camembert in the fridge so help yourself.

Well, I guess I'll just have a slice of prepack chesdale - maybe if I leave the plastic wrap on it will taste better?
