No beads, no cards, no cakes, just Coro:

Was I the only mug who thought Ronnie was about to confess all to Steve last night? Steve's an old jail bird from way back - I'm sure he'd understand a little hit-and-run kerfuffle. I mean, his own dad's in jail right now (I can't even remember what for, it's been so long).

Speaking of dads, I hope Sean's turns out to be okay, but nothing ever goes smoothly on Coro. What's the bet he's even more camp than Sean? Perhaps he's been hiding away in the closet all these years? Does anyone else have any ideas (no spoilers, of course)?

And as for sad-sack-Shelley...what a boring storyline. I'm sure I heard a violin playing in the background when she turned down the chappy's date offer. And did anyone else notice Violet's new Toya-Battersby-hairdo? I actually quite like it.
And I'm just not feeling it from Danny and Leanne at the moment. Maybe it's Leanne's real-life pregnancy (you have noticed the bump, haven't you?) that's draining her energy, but her acting just seems a bit flat at the moment. Bring back Frankie.

I was just commenting last night how much I liked Violet's new bob, though others sharing my sofa thought her neck too short. As for that Ronnie ....I hope she gets caught; she shows too much cleavage for my liking. Her character has always seemed a bit cold to me anyway. I know who Sean's dad is - I don't think he is gay. As for Shelley - I hope she finds happiness, but knowing the coro script-writers she will probably plunge into another unwise relationship.

Oh I hope Shelly doesn't do that - I don't think I could stand another pschyo-boyfriend plot. Boring! But you're right about Ronnie - too cold and too much on show!

PS: I think Danny is regretting his engagement - he didn't look too happy. Leeanne of course doesn't even notice - she's too busy showing off, lording it over the lowly factory girls. Good to see "lippy" Janice back - that will liven things up!
