I'm so glad you missed me...
Well, Coro's on again tonight (I missed Tuesday's but Dierdre's given me a full update)! Unfortunately the pressure's on tonight, though. I have to make a sponge for tomorrow's Sponge Bake-Off at work, but hopefully it'll b
e done and dusted (get it? ha ha ha) by the time Coro's on!
And speaking of decoration, Kia Ora Coro's going to be redecorated over the weekend. I just can't stand the Rover's brown anymore. And I think we all know I'm being polite calling it "Rover's" brown. Does anyone have any colour suggestions? Anything about the layout that you'd like changed?
Anyway, enjoy Coro tonight, everyone (ooh, that Charlie's a bad, bad boy).

How about a blogpoll on the new colour scheme?
What about cream and red ... the colour of Tracey's shoe!
Mmm, cream and red would be good - and with a splash of purple, as a I recall.
Angela - please don't do it, don't ditch the brown! Maybe add a splash of orange? And some cream? Very George and Mildred, and SO Coro-appropriate :)
I hear you anonymous, but the brown gets a girl down. Day in, day out. All I see is brown.
We do not want Neugeblogger (very clever name btw Angela0 getting so blah she doesn't want to watch Coro again so the brown must go!
Cream and red with chocolate accents I think
Yellow and blue would have been good. It would fit in with the university web pages. Make it less obvious if people are skiving off.
1. I'm really taking on board anonymous' comment that Coro is brown so Kia Ora Coro should be brown. I'm comtemplating a moody brick red and cream scheme with a purple accent, to signify the red/brown of Coro's cobbles but with the splash of colour that you see in the Rovers when Kelly wears one of her mini-skirt suit numbers.
2. Mum, please see above.
3. I am shocked to hear that anyone is reading Kia Ora Coro during work time. Shame, shame, shame.
Actually, how do we all feel about the pink and brown combo on the "Feel the Love" poll??
The pink and brown could get very blah. The moody brick red and cream sounds very atmospheric. I'm sure the Rovers used to be brick red but it's probably covered over with brown grime by now.
Aren't blue and yellow someone's footie colours?
They're Otago's colours, so definitely not going blue and gold. I don't want to encourage comments from ruggy-heads!
Hmm ... feel the love colours are OK I guess. Definately not Otago colours though - too rugby-ish.
